Goodday. Can you answer my question, i have some problems with paypal sytem.... I wanna buy xradar 4.0 for cs, but i cant do that, because when i click to proceed i see first image with information about payment...

After i click to proceed again i see an error when said, that "Выполнить этот платеж не удается, средства с вашего счета не сняты. За более подробной информацией обратитесь к торговцу." - Run this payment is not possible, funds from your account is not removed. For more information go to the merchant.....

I bought the card visa virtual for registration in paypal system to pay for xradar 4.0 that cost 10 euro... there is 15 dollars on my card now...

Help me pls...

Do you verified the PayPal account?
420 rubels are enough to pay the radar.

You have to register your prepaid visa card online so that it has valid details, before you can even proceed with the payment. I'm assuming that is the case.

Do you mean the virification which cost 1.95$ ?? i verified my acc and mail when i add my visa virtual.

My card is registered... i guess... because if this card is not registered i cant pay 1.95$...

Prepaid visa cards come with information on how to register them for online payments. It should have a link on the back of the card. You end up making the billing details for that card (custom).
