Error during final transaction

Hi, I was doing a transaction when at the end appeared this message:

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10445
Reason: This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.
Additional: This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

I tried three times but nothing, same message. I have no kind of connection problem, I used paypal to buy other things today, all worked fine.
Can you tell me what's the error code referred to? Or how much time I have to wait to get a successful transaction?

Maybe you used Credit/Debit card which is not paired with your Paypal account. This verification process is about 1-3days. Check information about your payment on your PP acc.

Don't think so, cause the pay card is the same I used here for other transactions and PayPal account is the same with my usual subscripion with the same card number recorded.

Ok solved.
It was only a temporary problem of PayPal connection indeed.
