As PuffyFunnyBunny said, the prices will not be higher, which is correct.

The main price is at 65 EURO for the "xInstantHook" cheats - but on special occasions (like Christmas) the "xInstantHook" cheats will get lowered to 50 EURO.
As of the current Christmas sale - this will last until the 31st of December, 2012.

Mine is unverified so i thinks so, yes (not 100% sure tho)...
