Yes german paysafecard rules are very pointless. We aren't even allowed to buy a paysafecard that costs more than 100€ -.-

Just read the thread i linked to. That way is a lot more secure. Using a proxy could get over that barrier, but you end up losing security for your account (in any case that you may need it secured again).
