Parallel Desktop is a software which let's you use other operating systems than Mac OS on a Mac (Linux, Windows etc.).

As I recall, you can use Parallel Desktop to partition your hard drive and install another operating system. Just like using Boot Camp.
And I've tested the cheat on a Mac with Windows installed using Boot Camp and it works perfect.

In theory it should work, none of us have tested it though. Boot Camp will work 100%.

i also know of the compatibility issues with ATI video cards since they aren't fully supported (visuals and shit) but will this also be the case with an intel HD graphics 3000? (ye i know its a shitty card and a 2y old macbook pro but i still make it till 100fps on normal maps so i'm quite content)

No idea, i assume no. The issue with ATI cards were their drivers, which don't have that problem anymore.

I don't get any problems when I run a game with my iGPU only [Intel HD Graphics 3000 (GT2+)].
The only problem is that I don't have that high FPS rates (which I normally have with my dedicated GPU).
