RU version is russian server range only?

I' was wondering that if you've sumbitted a Russian key, you'r only possible to connect to russian servers or will it also connect to normal EU servers?

if it is RU key than you must activate it via VPN russian ip, after that you can play on all servers.

Not true. It's region locked and u will only be able to play on RU Servers ;)

Even if you can activate it via steam you will have more fun with problems than with playing ;) buy an EU ( PL ) key.

@geelsd: You have to look after "Region Free" or "EU" keys to ensure that you can connect to EU servers ;) And with RU keys it's more possible to get banned :P

i dont know which game he talks about but COD game is liked i said u can activate it and play on EU servers, i did it many times. Why should i lie ?

starbux1, I believe you'r right, I just tested it and I can play with my friend that has a EU key.

It doesn't affect servers at all. The only difference is you having to activate it through a VPN and the possibility of it being revoked (if steam decides to do that they can).
