Payed for the cheat, a part of money was removed, but no VIP acess

Hello. Some minutues ago i payed for CS/CZ hack(2 month).

I had some part of money on my card, and some on my PP account.

Money from card were taken, from PP not, and i got a transacation error.

Who can help me?

I guess it was some error. I got my money back after 10 minutes, then tried again and everything was ok.
