[COD4]Level 55 rank still surely?

A something similar has tool used for rank 55 already times from another side. PB gekickt me then however. Is this madly safe from this side to the today's date still? I would not like to risk a Ban. Ask over experience report. Thanks in advance.

i dont understand a word, but i think u want to use a lvl 55 patcher? if so, i wouldnt do that, cause a mate of me got banned for that o.O

there is a tool that does everything the manual way does and all you have to do it change the cd-key to yours (in-game).

or you can just do it the manual way

There a method, not a tools ( .exe ) :


Download this mpdate (http://kiss-multigaming.com/utils/mpdata.zip) file.
Go to Start -> Run-> Type regedit -> Hit Enter.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Activision -> Call of Duty 4
Double-click codkey
Save the key in notepad
Replace the key with: DL2J8PY44Q22GE4888D2
Press OK and close regedit.
Navigate to your Call of Duty 4 profile folder (typically “C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 – Modern Warfare\players\profiles\your_user_name”)
Back-up and then remove all the files in your user name folder.
Place the mpdata file you downloaded in your user name folder
Open the COD4 MP game and check your rank. You should now be level 55 with all challenges, guns, and every camouflage unlocked!
Finally, in the game go to Options -> Multiplayer Options -> Key Code and type your original cd key you have saved in notepad.
There you go, you now have everything unlocked. Enjoy.
