this is what happends when i press the confirmation on my emai.. i called my card provider i clearly have 47.something euros on my credit card!!!.. i ordered cod package..

now it says -

this is me on another account so should i call my bank and say what?.. you mean i have to do this all the time?

edit: tried different account to see if it works.. does the same thing.

You need to tell them to authorize a payment. They should be able to see what you meant since they must be denying it. Otherwise your only other option is to use Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.
