and is it guaranteed that it would not be detected or warned me that it is detected be4 i join any VAC server?

There's always a risk of getting banned.
The cheat status is unkown atm..

Never detected isn't really possible, we didn't got a detection for nearly two years. But we got 2 ban waves the last 2 months:
