Now, before purchasing, I want to know how people play without getting detected. I hear the hacks have never been detected by anti hack programs - however, manual bans are still possible: so, how does one avoid that?

Also, I've never used any hacks before, but I've played well over a year - maybe two now. I wonder if people would still recommend me buying, or is it maybe too risky.

Manual bans are possible since they do have GM's, but they aren't even that active. It is easy to avoid manual bans, just don't make it obvious that you cheat. Obviously you want to use a cheat since you came here. I assume you want to compete with mainly all those gold players who cheat, if so then go for it.

Well, that's what I wonder, how to make it "not obvious"? Is there like a setting to aim only when you begin tracking enemy, instead of like, always automated aim or something?

The cheats are fully configurable. You can adjust the area around your crosshair the aimbot will be active in, you can bind it to a key (eg: RMB, so it's only active if you're in your scope), you can adjust the speed it aims with and much more.
It can be a slight aim assist as well as a tool for making people mad by standing on one spot and giving away tons of headshots.

There are also configs shared by members on the forum. These configs go from super legit looking settings to full rage settings. I myself use semi legit settings and have multiple accounts maxed out in rank (and never banned), I think this answers your question about being banned.
