Paysafecard Payment

Hey,
I have a question..
I wanted to buy an xradar and at the payment zone i clicked on it.. filled in the correct billing details and go to buy with paysafecard.. then i filled in the code of the paysafecard and in the moment i clicked on buy.. my internet shout down.
Now I have no money on the paysafecard but my question is now is: Does it work so? I mean I have no money on the paysafecard yet..?
