Banned user bug?

Hi guys, my account _snubbi1_ is banned, there was typing the followed "The date of the ban, will be lifted up Febuary 4th, 2013, 08:00 pm", and yes i delete this account after i got my asnwer, so first of all, sorry that i'll create this account. But the problem is, i am NOT unbanned from the account?

I have been banned 2 times ^_^

it takes normallt 10-20 mins b4 the ban expires, after the written time :)
