i dont find the thread atm but i have read that paypal need around 5 days or a week... not sure because i dont have used paypal..

Did you confirm the payment?

@Aimboter: That's wrong, the payment is instant via Paypal. Only C&B can take up to 8 days.

I don't see any recent payment. Make sure you clicked on the confirmation email that gets sent out, otherwise the payment will fail.
