BF3 Cheats - xInstantHook v2.0 © Detection?

I was going to buy InstantHook for Battlefield 3, and I was wondering has it been detected often, and when has it been detected? I know PunkBuster isn't such a good anti-cheat, but ever since the VAC ban wave I've been a little more cautious. Hopefully I won't get caught by an anti-cheat this time around. So the question is, when has it been detected?

It's been detected before. Currently it is in maintenance. There is always a risk with cheating.

EDIT: The cheat is updated and works fine now.
