How long will BF3 roughly take to be fixed/undetectable?

Since i wont be buying lifetime for bf3 i don't want to buy it and then the whole time its detected and in maintenance. :~(

There's no ETA on that. There never is and never was. There's a reason for it, what if staff would give an ETA and if it won't be met. You will be mad about it, this is what they are trying to avoid. You'll just have to wait patiently.

If you buy the cheat whilst its detected "unknown" then you will keep your purchased time + added time for the inconvenience. Its more beneficial for you to buy it whilst it is detected. :)

if you buy it while detected you still get your time back for while its detected
also i would just use a dummy account to play w/ the detected cheats and then use your real account to use them when they are UD again
