I will buy the x22 Hack for Css, but on the Status Site always stand In Maintenance. Should i buy it or is it detected and i will get a ban ?

You can buy it now and wait until cheat is undetected again. You will get "lost time" back. :)
Anyway using hack when it's in maintance means very high risk of getting banned.
