Is that error like an issue with the hacks?

Like did the administrator disband the payment processes to go through Click and Buy since the CS:S for example cheat is down?

Well when you guys contact them, they usually answer a ticket as they same in bla bla time.

Just be patient, even Steam took C&B down as payment method 'cause of their issues.

contact them by phone? trust me if u use email method the reply will take up to 2-3 weeks.
