BF3 key in use

Hello,

i wanted to instal bf3 today since a year ago.
But when it asks for my key it says its in use.
I cant also dont find the game in my origin games section to download it.

I played a year ago on the same account.
also on my battlelog account i cant see the played games or achievements i had done

Is the game changed or something like a monthly payment or whatever ?
