v2 is good enough. v3 is just an upgrade we plan on doing. It isn't necessary instantly.

There isn't a ETA and I think that the hacks will be updated to v3 one by one. ( Correct me if I am wrong)
I am pretty sure that x22 has more important things to do right now. ( like fixing the VAC Detections )

I'd like to see CSS progress to xInstantHook v3.0 as their are a lot of users currently using the CSS cheat and I think it would encourage more users to purchase it as it will be more updated on feature wise.
