When or how do i get my forgiven time back? Because im not longer able to visit VIP Section or login in into xClient

And i wasnt able to use the xradar one time , so i waited one month and how i see friday will be a update but i need the time back :(

BO2 hasn't been updated yet since we are investigating something currently. Even if you purchased it now, all you would need to do is wait a bit for us to fix it.
