when i shut down my internet or open this site after long break i am automatically logged off now i have always put my login details is this somekind of bug or just me this started to happening today

Click the remember me button before you log in. It also sounds like browser cache is being cleaned or something.

More like a cookie + session problem, which is nearly every time client sided.
Make sure you allowed cookies and that your browser doesn't delete them + cache/etc..
