Meta Bans

Can someone explain what is meta bans? I look up myself in the cheat-o-meter and it say allready banned but i still play in the game. I have low accuracy and low accuracy headshots. My deaths per shots are high on a few weapons. 3 of my weapons are at 100%. I have been working today on getting my DPS 100% down a bit more. It says that my player is already banned and for me to appeal. I dont understand what this is and how i can fix it. I also looked a player up who was a rage player killing 150-200 people a round and his stats looked legit. please help me understand? Will I eventually be banned PERMANENTLY because of this?

I think meta ban is related to admins of servers having banned you. As long as you are not PB banned, then you shouldn't care.

I further read the meta ban and I was banned by a server admin. Guess I was a bit better than the rest of the pubbers on that server and stood out. I guess I was looked up using the cheat o meter and they seen my stats. I really dont know. oh well........as long as its not a PB ban!

a meta ban is nothing more than ur guid listed in a txt file, which will be added to all the banlists from servers corresponding to some community, e.g. United Admins or GGC. short u will be banned from one server providers or communities games.a server owner has to join such a community and add a tool to his server.

And the thing is, if you mess with an admin ... he will put you on those lists ....
