Paypal Error

Hi,

after i click on the confirm email by paypal i got this error message:

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.


Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Retry the payment (assuming the funds are still in your paypal account).

Try to contact your bank and tell them to authorize the payment (you should verify the account to be sure).
If that doesn't help, well ... then you need to use another payment method.

I want use another payment method. I try it in a few minutes again.
My bank is not the problem.
