klick on "taskleiste fixieren" and then klick on the tastbar and move it

Rightclick on your taskbar and disable "Fix Taskbar" (don't know correct word :D) and then drag it that there are 2Lines. Then there should be that many :P

Just one add to this post, it's called "Lock the taskbar", disable it, drag the second line over to the right and the top of the taskbar (just like the top of a window) a little bit up, this will create the 'much Icon' effect.
