No Permission in BO2 :(

First, sry for my bad english, im german :D

I bought for 2 months the xRadar for BO2 and it was "In Maintenance". I can download the x22 client and have all Permission. But now, the BO2 xRadar is avaible, and i cant download the x22 client and have no permissions :(

Can anyone help me ?

No hes getting his time back thats for sure.
But if he didnt got his time back allready he should go to live support and contact there.
Anyway it isnt safe to use so far i see on the forums
