Lost PW

Hey.
I have a big problem. I lost my pw, but i cant get it back. Everytime im trying to get it back, it doesn't send me a E-Mail. My Provider is gmx. Also i tried to register a new acc with a gmx account, still im not getting a email, so i guess you or gmx is blocking each other. Would be nice if someone could help me..

You checked your spam folders too? Try to wait a few minutes if it still doesn't work, then you need to join the live support and wait for Deadfreak555 then.

Natürlich hab ich mein Spam Ordner kontrolliert, ich habe jetzt bereits schon tausende Versuche gemacht, jedoch bekomme ich keine E-Mail. Ich denke mal, das Gmx X22 blockt, oder X22 Gmx, da ich als ich einen neuen Acc machen wollte auch keine E-Mail bekam (mit GMX). Im Livesupport antwortet mir Deadfreak555 bis jetzt noch nicht, aber ich denke der ist in einer anderen Timezone, könntest du mir sagen welche?

So, why i don't get a E-Mail then? I put the domain also on the whitelist, but nothing happends, so something is blocking..
