what is your network speed

what company do you have

do you have anything else ON at the same time that could slow down the speed
maybe you need to find servers that are closer to you

try this http://www.pingtest.net/

What's ur normal up and down speed set by the provider?
Could be just the servers giving u a bad ping if there to far away.

Try to connect directly to the modem/router from your ISP and check if its better. If its the same, call them again and ask for a technician.

Try to delte your DNS Cache and reboot your router/modem. It's possible that your router/modem tries to connect/route to some servers which got another IP/what ever changed.
Best thing you can do it ask your ISP if they noticed something and that they should check your access point inclusive routing.

If the problem still exist, contact your ISP and tell them what you tried and that you need help.

Ask for a technician to come out. Talk to the pro, not some guy on the phone looking at questions and answers on his computer.
