Will a ban in CS:GO also ban from all other source engines? I heard they changed it, but that might have just been for people already banned from Source engine games before CSGO was released. I just want to know if I'll be able to play TF2/CS:S if I ever get hit on CS:GO. Couldn't get a solid answer out of google.

Cheers.

A VAC ban is like a enginge ban. If you get a ban in CSS it affect every source game.

Nope, I got VAC banned from CS:GO a few months ago but I can still play all other source games

So you only cheated in CS:GO but you can still play TF2/CSS? Absolutely 100% sure? This is the info I'm after because there seem to be a lot of conflicting sources on the internet.

Then they made an exception for CSGO because normally they ban every other (same engine). At least they did so.
