Soundscript?

Hi guys.
do anyone of u know a soundscript for css, which makes the gamesounds and other stuff silence, and the footsteps of your enemys louder?

should be kinda like a config or *.txt file.
any ideas ?

txt files, dt files, lst files..
u have to copy them before gamelaunch and before server launch you have to remover the files..
