CoD4 Punkbuster

Hey, so I just bought and downloaded CoD4 via Steam. I'm trying to install/update Punkbuster on it but whenever I try to it says it failed an Integrity check so it can't update. I have no idea what this means. Whenever I try to play a Punkbuster server it kicks me and says Packet flow isn't going. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
