Hi,

yesterday I purchased the InstantHook for BF3 via clickandbuy and received a confirmation mail but don't have any subscriptions listed in my control panel.
I tried so hard to get support via IRC but the support channel seems to be dead :S
Hope i can get some help here...

have you confirm your payment ? ( you have normally received a link inside the email )

No I only got a transaction confirmation and another email that a deduction has been done...

I see that the payment has been created, but is not yet complete. As mentioned it can take up to 7 working days for it to complete. All you need to do is wait.
