No lifetime for Dota 2?

I think lifetime xpackage users have dota 2 lifetime... Not sure about changing from BF Pack to lifetime Dota 2 is possible.

Lifetime will not be included with xMultiHook. It is a totally new cheat that will expand to different genre games. There will be no exchanges made to xMultiHook via xRadar or xInstantHook. Exchanges are only possible for the same type of cheat (xRadar for xRadar as an example).
