I'm planning on buying this today, but first I need to ask a question? What is the likelihood that I will recieve a ban from PB or anything else? How long have these cheats been undetected for BF3?

Last detection was in May but official detection have information, than (only a few customers affected). Status page from other customers: Undetected.

Like Apex said, only a few customers are affected and they received manual bans (too much headshots, obvious stats, etc ...).

So the chances of getting banned from Punkbuster itself or any other servers is low?

As long as you avoid being too obivious yes, its pretty similar to the ban systen treyarch uses.
What i recommend you is maybe playing some sessions without the hack once in a while to maybe reduce your KD and Win Ratios, take some friends with you jerk around or smth like that,
i'm sure you find a way.

But yes, punkbuster itself has a low %'s of banning you, i havent really been banned on any PB game, like in ever.
