Ich will schon seit 2 Wochen mein Passwort zurücksetzten, aber ich bekomme einfach keine Email von x22.
Was muss ich machen um eine Email zu erhalten?

I use Web.de
Its a German Provider. I tried a few times to reset my passwords all emails but i didnt get my reset anywhere.

x22 doesn't have a E-Mail.

how they can send newsletter without email? what should i say to my provider?
