Hey, I'm already a customer, but I'm trying to get my HWID reset. When I go through paypal (the only way I can), and I am getting errors.

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10486
Reason: This transaction couldn't be completed.
Additional: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

"I closed all the windows and tabs (more than 15) on the browser (Safari). Then I tried again the payment process from the begining, and problem solved!"
That's what a guy tried to do to solve the problem.

EDIT: Still not working nor have I found solutions. Perhaps because it's a prepaid visa gift card?

It should work with a prepaid card. Try with Click and Buy instead of PayPal since PayPal has a lot more restrictions.

Make sure you activate the prepaid card for online use. Typically prepaid cards have an online activation for online use on the back of the card.
