All Gamecheats for only 20€?

If i buy it, will i get acces to all gamecheats?
Like 20€ / Month for BF2, CSS, L4D, etc.

You only get access to all cheats when you buy the xPackage. And for the package there isn't a 1 month subscription available, so you need to buy a 3 month subscription of it for

I don't exactly which package you mean, or which cheat.

If you buy something (for example xPackage), you'll get access to EVERY CHEAT you paid within 24 hours.

he's divided the 60€ for three months by three to get the 20€ for one month...

however it does not work like this..

as toastbrot already stated the lowest is 3 months for 60€ which applies for both of the packages (xPackage and CoD Package)
