its hard for me to understand your english. when you buy the vip forum access your status becomes a customer, then you can download xclient, but right now it says you're a member so you dont get access to the vip forum section either because you didnt buy it or if you paid with click and buy it can take up to 7 days for the payment to go through for you to have access to download xclient.

It's hard for me to understand what you're saying. Paysafecard should be instant activation as far as I'm concerned, however I'm unsure. Go on the live support and be patient, consult your most preferred staff member and elaborate your issue to him and he will be with you when he is available.

Your account is not activated yet, and therefore you do not have sufficient rights to view the sections that you're trying to. You have to wait for an account activation, it could take some time and you might have to go on the live support as I stated above.

u don't need download again, use old xClient, client auto update self, but you need be Customer for login there

A. You aren't a customer anymore, that's the reason why you can't download it.
B. Most likely you didn't paid or the payment got reversed for some reasons.

Read what i previously said. Our system is automated, so we don't need any proof. You should contact your payment processor since you are having an issue with PaySafeCard's transaction method.
