TF2 Hack questions

Hi,

Soon I think I will purchase the TF2 InstantHook v2 because recently I have been playing on TF2.
I'd like to know that when I am a spy, the aimbot targets when I am holding out the KNIFE. So I can kill people a lot easier while spy =P
As is it my favourite Class.
Is the TF2 instanthook also currently undetected?

Knife bot is not the most accurate. However, you can easily kill with any gun.
