and asus ati 7950

if i get a

Intel Core i7 3770K, 3,5GHz, 1155, Box

wil that increase fps and also do i need a reset for a new cpu?

i have a good graphics card the graphics card i have is a ati asus 7950 direct cu but ive readed a good monitor helps to instead of a 60hz monitor a 120 hz monitor it can give more fps to ive readed is that trough?

120 Hz doesn't give more FPS, instead it may even take more FPS as it pushes more. Anyway, no you don't have the best graphics card, you have a higher mid ranged one. Get something with more streaming processors/cuda cores/transistor count or go SLI/Crossfire.

P.S Make sure you are on the latest drivers, otherwise anything we said is moot.

a 7970 GHZ or a Geforce GTX 770

or simply buy another 7950 and run in crossfire

so running two cards in crossfire wont be a problem
