[Request] Extracting person from a picture

I have no idea if i'm allowed to post a request. But we'll see if its gets deleted or not.

Can someone with Photoshop skills please extract a person out of a picture? I tried it myself with photoshop, but I suck so bad that it just does not look right.
If possible I want the guy on the left to go ofcourse. Also the text on the background should be removed.

Uff, proper solution:
- 5 minutes on google for a tutorial.
- 5/10/15 minutes (if you read damn slow) for reading and understanding the information.
- 30 minutes trying that tutorial on a dummy.
- 60 minutes work (if you works slow) for cutting the girl out of the picture.
