Yea, the vast amount of APB players are dumb as hell. I've met a lot of dumb hackers back when I was playing this game.
Me and my buddy were almost always winning against hackers, and if not, we would just add these hackers to friendlist and then stalk on them until we get matched up against them to get our revenge :D
