WarZ/Infestation: Possible loot location of banned hackers.

I often heard that if someone is banned by fairfight they will get teleported to a mountain (white stone mountain imo) and die there. So why does this happen???.
I think they do this so that the loot of the dead hacker body drops in a remote place.
What do you think about it ?
Anyone knows where that location is ?

Its on the left side of the south safezone :) I was teleport to them :)

can you be more precisely,, do you i can loot their stuff? (ofc i do use esp so i would be able to find it if im in range)
