Apb reloaded summer discount

Hi, I saw the page where apb reloaded was on discount price of 9.95 euros for 2 month sub.
When I go to pay for it it tells me regualr price of 20.00 euros, I go all the way to the PayPal invoice page and still same price of 20.00
Help please.
