Paypal help

Basically i put in all the billing details, then click order then i goto the paypal option then i login into my paypal and then i continue the order. Then i get a error? all the details match and yes my account is verified and yes there is money on it. So anyone ever had this problem?

cheers, ive tried copying money from my bank acc to paypal so the money is actually in the paypal. so ill see if that works :P

I got the same problem, same error... Had it yesterday aswell.
100% sure that theres nothing wrong with my credit card.

Still getting this error.
No answer from PayPal in 1 week.. but ive used PayPal on other sites last few days and its been working.

Isn't it possible if i transfer the money to some staff members paypal instead or something?
