what happened to my account?

I've been a member for 6 months.My first 3 months subscription of the instant hook for BF3 was great and the days it was in maintenance until fixed was added. This last 3 months purchase the cheat has been in maintenance for 2 weeks or more and I was not playing as much until it was fixed. So I'm asking why didn't I get these days extra as well for the maintenance ???

Packages do not get extended, as you don't own a single item. There is always an item within a package that is still undetected.

im not sure I understand your response. I did get credit for maintenance my last 3 months but not this 3 months .....I have purchase dates and posts to prove it...anyways , to make your job a lil easier I'll just get lifetime. The only way I WILL purchase lifetime is if you reply to my post again and and explain what you mean with your post.

Packages have never been extended. You don't own a single item (xInstantHook or xRadar). You own a Package (includes these items, but does not add them individually). The reason we do not extend Packages, is simply because there is always an item that remains undetected in it and we cannot extend the whole package, for such a reason. You bought a 6 month subscription (total) that started from March, until now: September. Not sure what credit you are talking about.
