Id reset hardware question ?

i am currently use css radar cheats on my laptop now, however i am going to have another new computer next 2days (also discount is going to close on 7th too).So i want to ask if i buy/extend another cheat (my recent cheats r going to finish on 10th) for this laptop, and when my new pc arrives, do i have to pay for a new ID RESET HARDWARE to use the cheat or i just go to client download to download the cheat for my new pc? because i dont want to use anymore money except css cheats. Sorry for my bad engrishhhhhhhh :)
