X22 Email Question

Hey,
I am so confused right now. I registered at x22.com a few months ago but I did not get an Email to confirm my account. So I thought that I will probably get an email when I will buy something so I bought xInstanthook for Mw3. I payed with Paysafecard but I still did not get an email. There is no more money on my paysafecard and I made a screenshot to proof that x22 got these 20€ from my paysafecard.

I checked my whole email account for this email :/

The problem is, that I payed 20€ but I did not get anything. No confirmation email, nothing. When I clicked the button to confirm my purchase they just send me to the main paysafecard.com page...

You don't need to confirm your email address. I don't see any payments from you yet. Make sure the funds are still in the PaySafeCard and contact them for any further help.

Best way how to use PaySafeCard is create PSC account and then pay with 'My PaySafeCard', then you receive e-mail about all your payments + can browse your Payment History.

your payment not completed, then your $ still in your PSC. Try purchase again.

!?!? Why are the 20€ on the card again? I checked it early in the morning today and I made a screenhot that there is nothing on the card. Allright I'll try it again. Thanks alot!

Should I just try it again like before or with mypaysafecard?

as you wish, if you create your own PSC account, then use your PIN for credit account with your paper PSC and then you can use your funds for purchase.

I just create my own account and try it then if there is any problem i'll post it here.

Edit: Same problem. They just redirect me to the main paysafecard page and now there is no more credit on my paysafecard..:(

Try to delete your dns cache and your browser cache. Close your browser after that and delete your temp data. Use another browser as a test after that.
