Will using this get you a ban playing on VAC unprotected servers

Hello, sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question or if it doesn't make sense however I'll try to explain it as best as I can. So my question is when the ban waves come if I was only playing on insecure servers would I still be hit by the ban wave?

If you was playing ONLY in insecure servers then you will not be banned by vac.

it's impossible to get banned then since VAC/PB doesn't scan on insecure servers.
