SOE just updated the PS2 client so no neither the radar or hook are working. As for being detected, PS2 has no cheat detection system, however they do have moderators in-game to catch said hackers and they keep a sharp eye on your player stats. Just don't go buckwild and you'll be just fine. I've been playing since the beta days with the same account just using the radar and never been caught....yet (;
